10 mana - charge 22 + 22 + 6 (not counts weapon base dmg so raiders gain even more depends on what weapon you have and you can face trade big taunt)

2 of these plus Soulbound Ashtongue and Silas Darkmoon is a 4 card 20 damage combo thats doable in standard, not gonna be broken or anything but might be fun as a finisher for a midrange type deck similar to the old Arcane Golem + 2x Power Overwhelming + Faceless combo for warlocks.
Warrior already has a three card 18 damage combo with the charge minion, this isn't going to matter.
Fun combo with Ogre Warmaul
Two of these + a weapon dmg from a previous round and the Ogre in wild that make attacks to hit something else by 50%
1 mana deal 10 to a minion is obviously pretty good. But I don't see the use of this really. Warrior doesn't have lifesteal weapons or "immune when attacking" effects, it doesn't increase the attack of your weapon to combo with weapon effects. No spell tag to exploit with multicaster or anything either.
Meh.
Seriously Mulicaster would be so good in Warrior thanks to Harbor Scamp. But Warrior only has Frost spells right now
Bulwark?
I could see this being used to delete a big minion which if you couldn’t clear would eat up a few durability anyway.
plus there are a few larger armor increase cards that make it a viable combo without too much net loss.
Yeah it's not a bad card or anything, it's good on paper. I feel like with Bulwark you want to preserve your charges potentially, but I did totally forget Bulwark existed.
It just doesn't pop out at me like some of these other cards have.
Maybe the purpose of this is to fill out some sort of spell-heavy dragon warrior deck?
I get what you’re saying, I just think scenarios arise where someone summons a big minion that is likely to stick so it’s going to eat up some bulwark charges anyway. -1 tick to take out a big threat seems worth it to me.
I was thinking of Overwhelm but that's another game...
