When you face the boss with this shrine, they will ALWAYS have Prince Keleseth in their opening hand. You need to be ready to kill the shrine before they play it. If you face this as the final boss, then you are screwed if you can't kill the shrine in turn 1, because they start their first turn with 3 mana, and will play keleseth guaranteed. There is no luck or RNG with card draw here, I'm sure the A.I. is programmed to start with Keleseth in their opening hand.
It's pretty bullshit it's so OP.
