Good stats, not bad ability. Useful but i don't think it's a meta defining.

Really good for Odd MAge. The more efficient card raw in a tempo deck the better. Might not make it necessarily viable, but any buff is nice. Not like MAge has that many archetypes to choose from atm.

odd mage auto include

Obvious synergy with DK. This might turn into lategame madness if we would play with some stuff that put cards back to our decks. 

Not really. If you play Jaina, you either already won (except its too late), or it goes to fatigue. So Im pretty sure you don't want to play it with Jaina. Well I mean, you might want to get 1-2 card, but for this you just add AI into deck and don't pervert.

It very good for arena. But for constructed right now I can't see any use for it

Yeah I agree you don't wanna play that with Jaina as most of the time your goal is to win the fatigue. The effect is pretty hard to pull off, on turn 5 this + ping to death something to draw a card is correct but not crazy. I'd say, not good enough.
