Thats not true, Even pure mill or weapon rogue both really unfavored against aggro deck (odd rogue/paladin, mage or any aggressive deck).
This is a just a win more card, not needed in Mill/Weapon rogue at all.
This card allows other classes to try out mill.
Edit i've been told its a Rogue card (i'm color blind,), so it seems, other classes won't be able to try out mill :D
unless they changed the color of neutral cards to rogue color..other classes won't be able to try it. And for people who like not to have their hand milled when playing against mill kingsbane..this card is strong
AH you are right, I'm color blind, so i can't tell the difference between Rogue and Neutral border at all, my bad.
Against control, you already have Valera + Gang up (high legend Wild players only run only x1),.
The hard match-ups are against aggro, this card won't really help in that.
we will see in a month who was wrong..could go both ways :) i hope you're right
The effect isn't THAT unique
Finally! I was worried we wouldn't get yet another way for Rogue's to avoid fatigue damage forever. Seriously though, this seems like a fun card, and Fatigue Rogue was always one of the more complicated, interesting Rogue decks out there. I hope we see a little more support for it in this set.

Mill rogue in wild can easily go infinite now.
Extremely overkill. What mill/weapon rogue struggles against is aggro, we don't need more mill against control.
This card will only see play in mill rogue, if they get some sort of cheap board removal, if it's not the case, this card is useless for the class.
Against aggro it is still a decent tempo 2-drop.
a 3/2 for 2 is not good against aggro, it would be better, if it was 2/3.
Not to mention your turn 2 is either heropower or the 3/1 draw a weapon kobold.
Let's give Rogue their own Baleful Banker with an extra point of attack, and it shuffles another two copies in, and it's a common instead of an epic. Seems fair.
Well not that Rogue has a lot of big guys unlike some other classes.
Rebranding as 'Recruiting' really makes people more willing to Gang Up, I guess.
