Well for me is meta defining, meta defining is when a card is viable both in aggro or control with great pros, this is the case: in aggro is a wonrdeful 5 mana finisher with lava burst becoming a pyroblast, in control shudderwock there are too many to usi to list them all. It can even be good for rockbiter+doomhammer combo in a otk deck.

For these reason imho is meta defining.

Electra Stormsurge + Lava Burst = 10 damage face for 5 mana

if I have not understood the card badly for me is better than leeroy xD

edit: got your point on mana costs I made the count bad, my point was to compare it with leeroy this is why I mistook it with 5 mana xD

 This puls Earthen Might  5 mana 7/7 plus two elemental draw.

This card just makes Wild crazy! 

Every new card makes Wild crazy.

This is pretty good. I don't see how it'd be abused to a point where everyone would hate it to bits, but it doesn't feel useless either.

So, if I cast Blazing Invocation after playing this card, may I choose the second Battlecry minion? Or is it random?

I guess, you will be provided with the choice two times, like you played two Blazing Invocation from the hand, one after another.
