Never pick caltrops just in case you get Lord Godfrey as your final boss. Basically all of his minions benefit off taking damage, hence his hero power, so you just doing that for him gives him a huge advantage. I had a really good deck and I almost won but he kept playing Twilight Summoners and I got destroyed. Other that that it's a pretty good passive.
Man it would suck to step on one of those.
