yeah, sorry, i taught they were written by different persons.
It can function as win more card, a stall card like frost nova a combo card with void ripper, pretty flexible and powerfull card.
This is what I call free turn, specially in a full board. It also has a very powerfull sinergy with defile to get a full clear. 10/10 insane.
How does it have a synergy with defile ?
Void Ripper strongly approves of this card.
Yeah but Bloodreaver Gul'dan, Voidlord, Doomguard, and Possessed Lackey don't necessarily agree with Void Ripper.
It's suposed to lower the attack (with all buffs) up to 0, but then static board buffs aply (murlock warleader, warsong commander, dire wolf alpha...). So a board with silverhand paladin buffed with kings, murlock warleader and rockpool hunter with 2 effects of weakness would become 1/5, 0/3 and 2/3.
It's good to see that they chose to immortalize my first time getting stoned on the artwork of a Hearthstone card.
Don't think Pint-Size Potion is the best comparison for this card, as Priest uses attack drops for synergy. This is more of a variant on Frost Nova, letting you mitigate damage from a large board of minions. It has the downside that stronger minions still deal some damage, but the upside of giving you better trades.
Also makes for a decent board clear with either Mossy Horror or Void Ripper, as if Warlock was ever lacking in board clears.
Yeah the echo is what puts this card over the top. you need to know when to subtract 2 and how many times you can subtract given your mana. im liking these echo/rush that encourage smart trading and mana management--shaping up for a great expansion
Blue is also historically just the best color in the game too. Just gotta pray they don't get inspired by any of Wizard's early cards.
Looks like Warlock bought up all of priest's Pint-Size Potion. Except it's better because this lasts until your next turn, not until the end of the turn.
And it has Echo , therefore it is really dangerous. It could basically make you immune until your next turn
Void Ripper says "Welcome to Hell!"
Value trades indeed. Also, Curse of Weakness was once a vanilla/tbc and even wotlk spell that was making enemies a little more vulnerable. Great to have it back :)
Yeah I remember being on CoW duty at times in raids.
fuck u big priest
Why would you play this with all AoE cards Warlock already has, specially in Wild lol.
Well you are right but still meh.
