Such a cool card...value for days. Spirit echo gets pretty good with her passive too--maybe a way to go infinite with Shaman now! Wish the battle cry aoe was a bit higher, but, other than that, I'm really excited for the new echo minions and shaman spells to use with her.
Nice control card for malygos shaman... wait a minute there are almost no face spells.
Well at least now there is no need to go for evolve shaman only and they have some flexibility with replacement hero...
No overload? Seems suspicious
Let's go down the line for the possible Standard spells. (1/5 is useless, 2/5 is bad but can have uses, 3/5 is decent, 4/5 is very good, 5/5 is super amazing. All cards will be judged for the context of a generic control shaman.)
Ancestral Healing: 2/5
Totemic Might: 1/5
Earth Shock: 4/5
Forked Lightning: 3/5
Frost Shock: 2/5
Lightning Bolt: 3/5
Unstable Evolution: 5/5
Ancestral Spirit: 3/5
Crushing Hand: 3/5
Cryostasis: 2/5
Ice Fishing: 1/5
Rockbiter Weapon: 3/5
Windfury: 2/5
Far Sight: 3/5
Feral Spirit: 3/5
Healing Rain: 3/5
Lava Burst: 3/5
Lightning Storm: 4/5
Primal Talismans: 2/5
Spirit Echo: 4/5
Avalanche: 3/5
Hex: 5/5
Tidal Surge: 3/5
Bloodlust: 3/5
Volcano: 5/5
Lesser Sapphire Spellstone: 2/5
Average: 3.667/5
A '1' for windfury, rly?
Windfury is better than Cryostasis sometimes, you even have a minion for it (because Hero Power requires it)
You're thinking just like Dog was when he put together quest rogue deck back in early Un'Goro where it was tempo rogue with some bounce cards. It even had Edwin VanCleef!
A good Hagatha deck wouldn't just be control shaman with the hero card thrown in for flavor. Think of it like zoo with a crappy turn 7/8 board clear where you trade off your minions and then Duskbreaker the board.
After Hagatha is played though, minions start generating much more value. Windfury and Bloodlust would be amazing! Earth Shock and Ancestral Healing would be great for getting around taunts. 7 of 26 of those spells have overload which even makes the spellstone not suck that much. Think about how many of these spells aren't worth putting in a deck, but certainly are worth casting if you happen to get them for free and you can see the value in playing this! Will it be meta defining? I don't know. Will it be playable? You bet! This may get even better after all cards are revealed as shaman may get another couple spells.
Hagatha elemental shaman: Insane value when played with Grumble World Shaker
Hagatha spiteful zoo: Play low cost minions with your only spells in your deck being Bloodlust. 5 mana minions are traditionally not the greatest but Firelands Portal demonstrates that they are still at least worth it sometimes. Bonus in that drawing Bloodlust early isn't terrible as it's a great card.
Hagatha quest shaman: Can you even imagine the value of Megafin being played after Hagatha? Sadly this might be wild only as Call in the Finishers is practically required.
@Psykechan: I'm not intending to rule out other possibilities here. I'm just thinking that "generic control shaman" is a good common denominator to keep the ratings relevant for a broad range of decks. If you think spiteful zoo or quest shaman might be good hosts for this card, why don't you post your own ratings for those archetypes? I'd love to read it if you decide to do that :)
@others: I'll take your word for it on those suggestions. Edited.

This made more sense to post in my head. Oh well.
Yeah, but I think I was trying too hard.
In case anyone was wondering, her Hero Power reads, "After you play a minion, add a random Totemic Might to your hand".
someone needs to break down all available Shaman spells and sort them by usefulness so we can determine whether Hagatha would be worth running.
There'S a bunch of stinkers, but also a lot of cheap, but effective spells like Lightning Bolt and Earth Shock. Hell, not even Frost Shock is that bad if you get it randomly.
I got this, one moment...
3 damage to all minions is okay, The passive hero power is Blizzard basically saying "Man, we fucked up with The Runespear, why don;t we do that again but make it all game and have you play the spell instead of casting it for you with random targets?"
It's not bad but i'm not crazy about it.
is that NOT Guldan? WutFace
Fun card, but not enough to make shaman top tier
Control Shaman? Spiteful Shaman? what deck can play this?
Personally I expected something like DK Guldan
Anyway Let's be Optimistic and I'm giving 4/5 just because it's the only Herocard in this expansion
