You didn’t climb to Legend with Hagatha the 400 Dust, you got to Legend and then played a crappy card. You prove nothing sir other than that crap floats.
.
I admit defeat, I don’t really see Shaman much around Rank 10 so I assumed that Shaman was still crappy. I do believe though that noobs like her for bad reasons.
Who the fuck hurt you?
please go away with your racist frog pic
I recommend crafting Hagatha as soon as you possibly can, if you did not unpack her or get her as a login bonus. Her power level rivals that of Tirion and Sylvanas as one of the most powerful Legendaries ever created. If you put her in an Elemental deck, you can use Murmuring Elemental/Fire Plume Harbinger on some cheap Elementals and absolutely start going to town on your opponent. Sure, you might pull crap like Totemic Might, but her ability to absolutely swing games to your favor just when all hope seems lost is absolutely incredible.
Whilst the card itself is great, what I am rather impressed by is the gentle blending of a single player stories into HearthStone. I loved adventures for the narratives and stories that they provided and felt that plain expansions lacked them. Sure, there was an overall theme but generally no real story.
From KnC, did we see a bit of a paradigm shift? HearthStone is now able to take various elements and locations from WoW's settings and build their own characters, lore and so on rather than just rely on the established writings. Battle for Aeroth is adding Patches the Pirate in a dungeon instance! I like that reversal.
This is pertinent to Hagatha as it shows that the dev team are maturing. Whilst the question of why she's the only Hero card this expansion has plenty of answers, I'm quite enthused that there's a story reason for only having one. It's refreshing and I hope this continues.
Agreed. Surprised that their card game is expanding and enriching the beautiful lore of Azeroth <3
Oh man, Hagatha the Witch has one of the best flavor texts ever, cracked me right up! She's probably a Genji main herself.
Time has come for the quest shaman
Hi Hanzo Main!
Hope to see plenty more Hero Cards in the future; they are a fascinating addition.
One thing that I just realized, is that with this card, Hallazeal the Ascended could actually be really good in shaman control decks again (in wild ofc). He saw a little play in control shaman from WotOG to around the beginning of Ungoro, and with Hagatha generating more spells to use with him, he becomes a lot more useful. He was difficult to build around since while cards like EleD are powerful with him, he wasn't powerful enough to use up a cardslot simply on the basis that it would synergize with Hallazeal.
But now we can get tons of spells that we don't have to sacrifice a cardslot for, most of which can synergize with Hallazeal. You still might want to save him up for a big EleD turn, but you also have the option to use him with one of your many other cards if possible. It adds more flexibility and it gives you more reasons than just a few select board clears to play Hallazeal in your deck.
This card is very good. It may not see play this expansion depending upon what shaman spells are released, but at some point it will be a staple in Shaman. It's late game potentially infinite value.
Either she will be a staple in every Shaman deck alongsideShudderwock or Shaman wont be good enough, probably the former
so cool!!
And I thought Priest would be the RNG class with Chameleos, but when you have this and Witch's Apprentice, it looks like I was wrong.
Ik it cold be really good for seeing your opponents cards and if you get something good, you can just play it. Sry for the misunderstanding lel
Why did shaman got a new DK ?
What about the other classes ?
