This card will never be good unless they change it to specify that it casts the spells "at enemies" the way Rune of the Archmage works. Otherwise, it can just waste spells in your deck doing nothing or, worse, actually harming you.

There is no viable Mage deck that runs only non-targeted spells. That's just not how Mage works.

This is really weak for 10 mana. Most games are also over at that time.
