This power-up is a good safety net if the game goes badly and gives you some more time to regain control of the board.
Toki can make good use of this since she can get rushed down hard, especially in the early game. Tess has better options for passives, but this can prove valuable against her final boss whose constant weapon damage can lower her health very fast in the late game. Meanwhile, Darius has plenty of Taunt minions to keep his life points safe, and Shaw should always be focusing on rushing the enemy down before the extra health would even be needed.
