I'm probably playing a really weird paladin aggro deck with cards like this and Void Ripper to counter both dragons and Spreading Plague. I have a feeling it won't work lol though.
Suddenly the smile went off from Dragon priest player's face.
If only they recruited 2 of this girl in cataclysm, Deathwing wouldn't have been a threat to Azeroth or all of the others Dragon Aspect didn't need to sacrifice their power.
Great tech card in this Dragon and catacombs expansion
Take that Cobalt Scalebane!
Secret agent not coming through.
Nah, why not a crab that just eats dragons?
Because the play experience is way better this way.
You don't associate "crab" with "heroic game-swinger" so when you use a Hungry Crab or Golakka Crawler the feel is "I'm using a cheat card to beat my opponent's broken shenanigans." That's not fun for either you or your opponent. With this card, because the name and art match the feel of a card to beat a "villainous" deck in the meta, the feel is "Your deck is strong with its dragons, and it is very threatening. But as no monster goes unchecked, I have a hero to save me from your great strength!" It acknowledges the opponent for playing a deck worth teching against, and that makes it feel amazing for each player.
A much more useful version of Light's Champion.
Its already good as a tech card against cobalt scalebane
Gah, the perfect counter to my dragon rogue... my poor Book Wyrms!
