Likely not. For that to happen, it'd have to be worded something like "You're next battlecry triggers an additional time this turn." Otherwise it does not multiply it's own effects in a way that stacks. Just like you don't get 3 battlecries by having 2 x Brann Bronzebeard in play.
It's because they used the word "twice". 2 x Brann on the board. 2 ongoing effects that are the same. Play a card with battlecry, its battlecry happens, game checks current pending effects, 1st Brann causes the battlecry to happen again, duplicate battlecry happens, game checks current pending effects, sees 2nd Brann, but nothing happens because the played card's battlecry has already happened twice.
Based on the above interaction, this is how I think it will work. First murmur is played, its battlecry puts an effect into play waiting to trigger. You play the second murmur, its battlecry happens, puts new effect into play waiting to trigger, game checks current pending effects, sees the effect from the first murmur which is triggered, second murmur battlecry happens again, puts another new effect into play waiting to trigger, game checks current pending effects, since there is no "next battlecry" to satisfy the trigger of either new effects, they stay in play pending a trigger and the second murmur finishes resolving. Now you have two duplicate effects waiting to trigger. Play a different card with battlecry, its battlecry happens, game checks current pending effects, sees first waiting effect from second murmur and triggers, second battlecry of new card happens, game checks current pending effects, sees second waiting effect from second murmur, effect is triggered because a card with battlecry has been played, but nothing happens because the played card's battlecry has already happened twice, same as Brann.
Also, I'm not saying an infinite loop will happen, just that it could if they consider "next battlecry" to be either the battlecry when the card is played OR the effect itself that causes the battlecry to happen a second time as a battlecry. Example: first murmur is played, its battlecry puts an effect into play waiting to trigger. You play the second murmur, its battlecry happens, puts new effect into play waiting to trigger, game checks current pending effects, sees the effect from the first murmur which is triggered, second murmur battlecry happens again, puts another new effect into play waiting to trigger, game checks current pending effects, sees the effect from the first battlecry of the second murmur waiting to trigger, counts the second effect of the second murmur as the "next battlecry" and triggers, if the effect counts as a battlecry, it's going to count as a unique one, which then creates another new effect waiting to trigger, and so on. I've created a chart to illustrate this:

Only a few more days until we find out for sure, and you could be right, or I could. I don't work for Blizzard and I'm not psychic by any means. One thing I have noticed though is that they are more consistent than not about wording cards in a way and if that wording is similar to another card's you get similar effects. If the wording is just slightly different ("twice" vs "additional" "reduce cost by (x)" vs "costs (x)", etc.), then they typically meant for it to behave differently. Even if you think it would be boring, your alternative would be overpowered with so many different cards. Destroy a Murloc and gain +8/+8, Give your C'Thun +8/+8, Gain Attack equal to 4x the Attack of your weapon. Give a friendly minion +4/+4. Draw 4 cards. Each player draws 8 cards. And that's all with 1 card that costs 3 or less. On the upper end, deal 20 damage to an enemy minion (and only take 5 on deathrattle), Summon 4 6/6 Ogres, If you played an Elemental last turn, Discover 4 Elementals. Shuffle 4 sealed Un'Goro packs into your deck. Gain +4 health for each card in your hand. If you go Wild, you could restore 32 health to your hero while having duplicates in your deck (Antique Healbot), or with Emperor Thaurissian, trigger your C'Thun 4 times, or give your C'Thun +8/+8 and if its dead, shuffle 4 copies into your deck. etc. etc. but it's scenarios like that that lead me to believe it will work as I've described. As I said though I'm not psychic, so I could very well be wrong. We'll just have to wait and find out. I have enjoyed this debate, and I thank you for keeping it civil.
Good I needed to get the bad taste of To My Side! out of my mouth.
Definitely a reference to Murmur.
Incoming OTKs!
Much more well-liked than his brother, Murdering Elemental.
That should be the flavor text.
