After rotation, when Pint-Sized is gone, priests will have a hard time wtih minions like this. But I guess they will print them new one anyway. Might be cool for arena though.
Most cases a nearly hard counter, since it will shuffle a 2-drop which your opponent probably doesn't want to topdeck as well. Not to mention it already counters itself if it summons a Stubborn Gastropod. Also a niche but worthy mention, Inner Fire + Shadow Word: Death is a possibility. Not saying this card is bad, just saying Priests can counter this card without much problems.
I knew it!
I've been looking forward to seeing an ettin in Hearthstone.
10 health is a lot
If prince keleseth gets very popular, this card is actually good against that deck in a way.
Edit: I mean more than 50% of your meta has keleseth decks. That's not our current meta. I also NEVER said counter. I said it's pretty good against it. 1. You pull their Kelly so they don't get to do it. 2. If they are holding it or they already played it you have zero downside.
he is popular already
...how? How is this supposed to counter Prince Keleseth?
It just summons a minion, not pulls out
Another perfect pal for MC tech !
G O A H E A D, EHE MHHM GNGHHA M A K E M Y D A Y.
Perfect minion for the recruit mechanic.
"We Ain't Talkin!"
Ed n' Edd, the Ettin.
On average you're going to give your opponent a 2/2. There are some low rolls you could get, Like: Pyros, Doomsayer, Patient Assassin, Lorewalker Cho and Stubborn Gastropod Seems more like an arena card than constructed.
Fuck Priests
Yeah because it's SO hard for priest to deal with 4 attack minions these days. :/
not bad, but this could enable Bonemare on turn 7 for your opponent and we know how frequent that can be
+1/+2 on an Ancient of Blossoms with a drawback that usually won't even matter. Of course, it always stung when Hungry Dragon summoned Pit Snake, and I'm sure it'll hurt even more when this summons Doomsayer or Stubborn Gastropod. Most of the time you'll come out ahead though, and since this has Taunt unlike its draconic ancestor, you'll generally get some good value out of this card. I'd give it an 8/10 in Arena and a 6/10 in Constructed — might seem a little high, but don't be surprised to see this in conjunction with Hadronox!
Why N'Zoth? This doesn't have Deathrattle.
