The reason you don't see this card seeing play is because you've played/seen too much evolve shaman now for 2 expansions. This card is not meant for evolve shaman that's for sure, since the point of that deck is to keep control of the board. This card will most likley see play in elemental/jade control/Midrange shaman. The deck saw play in ungoro, but fell off because no support from kft. Now with this the deck can out value opponents with the powerful battlecries you can bounce with this, such as kalimos, blazecaller, aya, just bouncing one of these is considered good, and lets say worst case scenario you have nothing to bounce. its a  mana 7/7 which is the best stated  drop i've seen so far, boulder fist ogre being the second at 6/7. Also its a elemental, so you can play this on 6, then trigger other effects the next turn, and it can be discovered by Servant. If we get more elemental support, then i can see this seeing play for sure.

6 Mana 7/7 is already good to begin with.

It has a Spirit Echo effect as a Battlecry.

They cost (1).

Its an Elemental.

Seniorítas and Gentleman this is a strong card.

no, 6 mana 7/7 is not strong, unless you think Boulderfist Ogre is close to good. Drakonid Crusher was never that good, many people said Anima Golem wouldn't see play even if it was textless

So i guess its good with battlecry minions which stats are usually much worse due to battlecry hence they are pretty easy to remove. So I think its too easy to play around this card unless you will clear a board with something like kalimos? Also for retuning card to your hand to be worth it, its battlecry should be very powerful. Next - you can spend 9 mana to do some weird Zola combos... Game will never slow donw to such point.

So the minions I have in mind that this card might work with are: Kalimos? 

Anything else? All in all. I think well see some more support for elemental shaman.

Of course the best fit is elemental shaman. Nice synergy with Kalimos, Primal Lord, Stone Sentinel and Servant of Kalimos. 

Or get some Saronite Chaingang and Doppelgangster back to your hand to do some sick evolve combos.

And of course it combos with some other nice battlecry minions but not good enough to built a deck around them, best use Youthful Brewmaster for single use cases.

Beside the fact that this looks CRAZY OP, I like that we are getting Elemental tribe in shaman again.

I feel like there has to be some fun combos with this and Zola the Gorgon.

Big Shaman with spirit echos and faceless friends. How can this card be even MEMIER. Love the design, but its very slow obviously. I dont see a viable deck coming out of this card, but it might find play in a midrange elemental deck with a jade package. Probably not tier one llike last expansions "Value Card" because that card was actually good.
