For one lil' cook, incredibly strong if killed just once, and recalled properly. Default expected healing is (3 attack required to remove it/3 spell damage + 2 healing) + 2 x 3 with weapon = 5 + 6 = 11 value over 3 total turns (1 of theirs, 3 of yours). But with N'Zoth, the Corruptor this doubles for 22 value. With Shudderwock you can summon 2 of these for 4 lifesteal per turn left alive, and another 2 x 3 weapon for at least 38 expected value return in health (or more, if you succeed in keeping 1 of them alive for all 3 uses of the third granted weapon).
most OP card in the whole expansion!
wow you put this in every mage deck for VALUE!!
even warriors get more weapons now! WOW so good best card evah
Oi, Cookie! Isn't the pot a bit hot on your hand there?
Do murlocs not feel pain?
. . .
Well, anyway - get stick, buff stick, smack with stick. Or just do murloc things and use it as tempo. Whatever?
Only one MEME class receives MEME cards!
Note: -5 between 1 to 5, a complete garbage!
This is OP as hell, Aldrachi Warblades pre-nerf with a bonus 2/3 life steal body.
Incredible! Life theft for a class that in theory has a lot of healing cards, but in the game it doesn't do any good!
General consensus on this card seems to be "good, but boring". I agree
Deadly Fork *cough cough*
a 3 mana 2/3 lifesteal that when dies gives you unnerfed Aldrachi Warblades?
I don't know if this is what murloc shaman needed, and have no idea where to fit it elsewhere
A 2 mana 2/3 weapon would be played in many decks if it were 2 mana. For one more mana (and the delay of your minion having to die + the possibility of it being silenced/sent back) you are awarded lifesteal and a 2/3 lifesteal. I think this is a tremendous value and being slept on because it doesn't 'fit' into a shaman deck and shaman isn't great right now.
I think it's an auto-include in any non overload/face shaman. Also, I am expecting the next expansion to be significantly more control oriented in order to freshen up the meta. Shaman has many good tools but lacks a win condition (and a couple more strong tools). I'm hopeful that this will happen in the coming expansion. Until then, it's an excellent card in a poor meta/state of the class.
Playing Inara Stormcrashwith the weapon equipped is 8 damage with lifesteal, which is pretty good. This won't make Murloc Shaman good in standard but it might be a tech option in some other decks.
Paladin can now get this with their prime, which can either be annoying or it can backfire and get rid of their Libram of Judgment.
This legendary is complete rubbish! What is this weak combo going to do against a paladin libram deck? If you attack a minion with a divine shield, life stealing doesn't work! ... only noob finds this legendary useful and it isn't!
It’s fine….but imagine having to craft this
You won't have to - it'll be in the "nice-to-have" category, but not a build lynchpin or auto-include.
Yay Cookie is back!
This will not see deck! If some madman puts this in the deck, the opponent eats this Cookie...
Really boring card
Good. We need more boring cards. We don’t get enough of them to balance out the mess of crazy cards
It's generically good..... and has no synergy with any current decks.
This card does not support any existing archetypes. Can it make murloc shaman a thing? I doubt it. Just a bad legendary with the present card sets
