This is an elixer, not a potion.

Chemist is a card that gives you from a set pool, like ysera or the lich king. Its not abandonment to not add cards to those pools is it?

Does it mean you will be able to cast it one more time after you cast it before? sample +2/+2 first cast and next turn or same turn another +2/+2 with new ability? sound like good for me...

+2/+2 and one of the 4 effects at random when you draw it.

Pretty good in that weird aggro priest deck.

I don't think it will, especially because Velen's Chosen already exists.

Pretty cool to get from random effects I guess, but I feel like it owuld be too inconsistent to be put into any deck deliberately. 3-mana +2/+2 just doesn't really feel strong enough, especially in priest

Is there anybody understands how this card works? What are these bonus effects?

The Bonus effect will be added into ur hand and it will be like 2+ 2+ and life steal 

Bonus effects lead to the following elixirs:

Elixir of Hope
Elixir of Life
Elixir of Purity
Elixir of Shadows.
