Looks like Gul'Dan has really gone over to the dark side! You know, instead of being a Hero, like he was before... Er... Just putting this out there:
Seems like Bloodbloom would be good with this card since you get refunded some of the HP and could even hero power that same turn.
Oh darn, I thought it was because it doesn't have stats like Jaraxxus does.
Make sure any Apothecaries you summon are Licensed!
Yeah, random demons can really screw you up, so probably should not run random demon generation stuff not to reduce value of DK...
Well, if you get a random apothecary in your hand just don't play it. Getting it from Devolve though...
Bane of Doom.
makes so much discard synergy, but lacks synergy on fucking death knight hero.
Honestly, fuck you blizzard
For those that are downvoting my comment: I'm not saying this card should have had discard crap, but they shouldn't print any more discard cards at all, because they never see play and destroys warlock in game. FeelsBadMan
Now Gul'Dan can finally take revenge after all of those years of Lord Jaraxxus killing him
And if you listen closely over all of the hype, you can hear all of the Shadowpriests of Azeroth cry out in despair.
Same health, gain 5 armor.
it can, you're switching heroes again. you'll still be at 15 with 5 armor, but you have the potential for 30 again
For all my years of Hearthstone, (I've been around since beta btw) I've never seen this class be even remotely bad. This card alone could bring it back from the dust it's been settling in since Discard flopped harder than Troggzor. This card is just like N'Zoth but for Demons. It may not be too powerful in Standard, but there is much potential in Wild. Mal'Ganis, Voidcaller, Doomguard, even the X/X Kabal Demon in a Renolock format would be superb for this to call forth once again. Overall, this cards Hero Power is its main appeal. 2 Mana, deal 3 damage, restore 3 health. Absurdly strong for a simple 2-Cost effect. It is significantly better than almost every other Hero Power available and it may be sacrificing your card engine, this will be dropped on turn 9+ at the earliest. This card WILL see play and I can promise you, it actually will define the meta. (As will the Lich King!)
Final Score: 10/10. Meta-Defining!
Well, Malfurion the Pestilent is 7 mana and this is 10, which is a pretty big deal. Of course this one gives you a better hero power.
Also consider that the Druid's can be run in any deck, while Warlock's must be run in a demon based deck to get most of it's value. The hero power makes up for the softly forced decktype.
Well, Druid has cards that allow you to play this on turn 5, while Warlock has cards that might prevent you from playing this on turn 10. The mana difference is high enough that this card is expected to be better by a lot.
It's like N'Zoth but for demons.
Kazakus demonlock gonna ba a thing.
I'd play the wild version for sure.
