The cards you gain from this are insane. So very much it will be meta defining in that you will likely be running Big Game Hunter and possibly The Black Knight in order to remove it as soon as possible. Only one card out of the 8 would actually be considered bad.
The 8 King.
What kind of shampoo does he use?
Head and Shoulders,Azeroth Version.
None of the cards are measurably bad, and that alone makes them amazing as a set. Ysera can give you minions that take two turns to actually do anything. These are all high impact and high value.

Rogue's stealth could be really handy with this card.
I dont think so, The Lich King having Taunt is a very important aspect of the card. Without Taunt, it would be worse...
Now Taunt warrior got a lot stronger cause of this card. Its not just a tech for the deck archetype. Its now a taunt that buffs your quest and also can possibly win you the game!
This will see play in every deck praise dr.8
