Does anyone know if each horseman is a vanilla 2/2? or does each have a special ability?

We don't know yet.

looking at the video they don't have deathrattle, lifesteal, inspire, any trigger effect (or anything that has a little icon at the bottom of the minion when on the board), and they obviously won't have battlecries. So it is likely they are vanilla minions.

Yes, they are just 2/2 minions with no abilites, but they have different names and I presume they are summoned in a fixed order though it doesn't matter for the sake of winning the game through the Hero Power. The names are: Thane Korth'azz, Baron Rivendare, Lady Blaumeux, Sir Zeliek.

Auctionmaster Beardo comes to mind. Doesnt look that hard to complete it with him.

Maybe in combo with burgly bully. I don't like the idea of it though :\ i dont like exodia type of win conditions. But then again maybe most people do?
