Devastating if you double innervate with it. and with all the mana rush druids have (or priest hue hue hue) they have with jade. its so worth.

For 10 mana, do everything!
All of these effects are mediocre at best for ten mana, you pay for the collection of them, which I like, but I feel like it could be better of it drew you four cards, since you won't be able to play anything else with this. It could run into the same problems DOOM! has and only see play in teir 3 decks.
However, Ramp Druid is a thing and it's a big spell to go along with all of your specific big minions, so it may be an auto-include in those types of decks. Or Kun the Forgotten King. . .
Edit: I rated this card 'Very Good' but I feel other control decks are going to out value this one card in the long run and Druids will just stick to their Jade army as always.
then there's always the the double innervate on turn six meme. (or earlier with previous mana ramp)
Edit 2: I kinda wish it dealt more damage, but only to minions, since it is a big card and kinda needs to be in a control deck, on turn 8 or later you're gonna want to remove pretty much anything your opponent plays aside from a 12 health dragon that requires another type of card alltogether
That's the whole point though. "...it could be better if it drew you four cards, since you won't be able to play anything else with this." You wouldn't need to play anything else cause you already removed an enemy minion (5 dmg), played a 5/5 on the board, and you get a nice little bonus of maybe staying alive for another turn with 5 armor. In addition to drawing 5 cards, which is already worth 9 mana. I can see this swinging quite a few control matches in Druid's favor.
All that being said, I still think Druid won't be nearly as good a control class as others, so this may still not see too much play.
Why there is no "Deal 5 damage to all enemy minions" on card text? very bad card. 0/10
That is broken to say the least in a Kun'maly'aviana deck in wild,lets you draw your finishers way faster after you have already ramped like a mad man.
Imagine this in a quest druid.
So, remove a minion, play a minion, heal and draw a finisher? Nature will be preserved I guess.
Nature will rather be defiled by the scourge.
This is basically Firelands Portal with a bit of heal and then you draw FIVE cards. Blizzard wanted to make really damn sure that Druid wins the late game. You can make a great control deck, make intelligent plays, and then still auto-lose versus Druid. Jade Idol will disappear next year, but then they will still have this bullshit.
