Should I be looking forward to that if I don't like to play it? This could be the first mill deck I will be actually playing though.

I have wanted this kind of card for a long time, but WHY does this cost 3 mana????

People are forgetting Unlicensed Apothecary

I am teared apart by emotions when I see this card! OH - MY - GOD! I LOVE IT!!!!! 

I could talk hours about why I think this card if beyond awesome, but I will mention only one very important practical application of it for now. One of the weakest matchups for warlock is freeze mage (and burn mage as well) and an important reason of this is, of course, Ice Block. Now you can give mages Doomsayer and put a Leper Gnome-ish minion to kill them on their turn. Actually while I was writing this I remembered about Eater of Secrets, which is an easier way to deal with ice blocks (lol), but mayber some exploding minions will fit in warlocks' decks naturally while Eater of Secrets remains a dead card against many other classes. Time will tell.

This is the hero Hearthstone deserves. It might not find it's way into competitive decks, but this is the type of card that makes deckbuilding fun. How can I incorporate this into a deck? Do I get lots of negative deathrattles? Or try to sneak it into handlock with doomsayer? 

Most players were expecting this effect for a while. But 3 Mana seems a bit overpriced to me.

So you summon Ticking Abomination next turn you trade down with it and give it as a present and Mortal Coil or Soulfire it seems legit

Current standard cards you'd like to donate to your opponent: Unlicensed Apothecary, Bomb Squad, Corrupted Healbot, Doomsayer, Ticking Abomination, Emerald Hive Queen and, possibly, Bittertide Hydra

I can see Emerald Hive Queen in a fun deck. Also, how does this interact with Corruption

It dies at the start of YOUR turn, corruption is one of the few cards that are capable of remembering and discerning players (I.e: C'Thun ) and their decks, so the effect remains the same, Unlike Ragnaros, Lightlord or Doomsayer , who only remember players based on the board they are in, rather than where they were cast from. Hope this info helps!

This is the most gimmicky card I've ever seen. I guess Ticking Abomination has a use after all.

What to use on except Ticking abomination/doomsayer?

  Fel Reaver has potential

Oh, snap wombo combo with Cho'gall! 7 mana and 3 life to give your opponent what is essentially a War Golem? No one plays War Golem, so why would your opponent want a free one?

But actually, I love me some wacky decks, so I'm sure I'll enjoy the hell out of this.

Cannot work, the reason this works with Sacrificial Pact is because it targets demons, not demon minions, if Rexxar could become a beast back in classic Hemet Nesingwary would surely kill him.
