Ice block should already be in the hall of fame TBH. Hard to include new secrets in a deck when you have ice block. It's the only secret that can reliably trigger all the secret synergy during the game. Card is super super strong

I think the only thing that kept ice block out of the HoF was the fact that without it freeze mage vanishes.  The card is pretty much a necessity in that deck.  And now I think Control mage is kinda reliant on it as well, though to a lesser extent.  I can't count how many games I've won just because of ice block.

Pretty good in a control deck, especially against aggro. The stats are decent against multiple small minions. It could help clear up the board together with a Volcanic Potion and still live through it. The Mirror Image helps you buy some time, and set up for a board clear, or set up a combo. This could be a bit of a sleeper hit, IMO.

Also, this is another example of a well balanced card generating minion IMO, akin to Hydrologist. Low variance (none in this case), and relatively low power level, but still rather useful.

Do I see a minion that gives me fuel for Antonidus late game???? Seems pretty good in Freeze Mage

The stat line isn't anything special, but the two taunts can really slow aggro and stall for time. As mages live or die on being able to stall aggro, I actually like this card and think that it has a place in a lot of decks.

An excellent choice for quest mage, as this is predictable and gives a taunt spell which is very needed for that deck.

The card in term of stats it is decent but in constructed you won't care that much.  It gives you a cheap anti-aggro spell that you will use either for synergy or to stall the game so you could finish your opponent.  Haven't you learned from un'goro to don't underestimate card generation? 

It can be used only in quest mage deck but that's it. It doesn't change the fact it is STILL a bad card. I am sorry if I upset mage fans XD 

It is okay for arena though.

Ok. Why do I want to put a 5 mana 2-10 in my deck? 

Answer- because I play Arena and I choose between this, Amgam and Magma

 i mean, sure why the f not? might as well play 10 of the bloody spells throughout the game

I think it is playable card. My opinion is 6/10.
