Feels slightly weak... I dont see this card being played. The paladin 4-slot is already heavy.
Why? This card is average at best.
Despite all the hate this card gets, I don't think it's that bad. It's fair to compare it with Wolfrider or Kor'kron Elite or Hammer of Wrath or even Truesilver Champion (though, because it's a weapon, it's quite a bad comparison), and when you do, you realize the stats are just right. Ponder about this.
Perfect for Hand Buff Paladin deck
Not great on paper, but could potentially be really good in the Grimy Goons Buffadin deck. Just one buff would turn this into a healing Korkron Elite. Plus, Paladin just needs more 4-drop minions after the loss of Keeper of Uldaman.

Considering this card is designed for control archetype, it's like "deal 3 damage, restore 3 life". Doesn't worth 4 mana. "Oh, but you can use buffs before attacking and get more heal". Sure you can. But as well in Wickerflame Burnbristle's cases, most of time you won't have time to play any buff together. Bad card.
Or you go face and let the opponent deal with it, making it a 4 mana deal 3 damage to face (Sinister Strike-1 mana), restore 6 health (Flash Heal-1 mana (Holy Light is too bad to count )) and a 3/2 (2 mana in general). Seems alright to me.
It is only a 3/2 and the Problem is that dealing face damage and heal yourself doesn't fit together. In most cases you either want to deal damage or you want a heal, but not both.
I feel like it started out as a 4 mana 5/4 then got 1/1 stats knocked down for charge and then another 1/1 stats knocked down for lifesteal.
Currently 4 mana 3/2 charge/lifesteal will probably get you 6 health plus a 3/2 unless you opponnent uses removal in which case just heals for 3 health. Healing is useful, but considering Paladin has a lot of options for healing it probably wont be used.
