This card is pretty underrated. You get a copy of whatever your opponent played, and now your opponent has to make a 2:1 trade with the mirrored minion. Even if it's a small minion, it's still a 1:1 trade.
Doomsayer approved.
Nothing like getting a Deathwing from Mirror Entity. In arena, no less.
Darnassus Aspirant. "Sorry about that."
Hate this card as handlock TT
the gold version does NOT give you a gold minion so it's kinda a rip off really.
would be nice, but makes no sense:
MIRROR is exactly the same
Saw a very interesting interaction in my arena the other day.
I had a Mad Scientist out on the board, no other creatures on secrets in play (I was a mage)
A paladin dropped Scarlet Purifier and killed my Mad Scientist brining in a Mirror Entity into play.
The Mirror Entity then triggered and I got a Scarlet Purifier summoned.
So it seems like the process for cards is.
Battlecry resolves > Deathrattle resolves > then the card is played onto the board.
Great observation! I had a similar incident today with Battlecry and Mirror Entity.
I played Void Terror at which time the Void Terror consumed 2 cards next to it turning into a 11 attack, 9 health creature. Then my opponents Mirror Entity triggered and to my surprise a 11,9 Void Terror was summoned for him as well, at which then I pressed the ESC key and conceded.
This card is almost a win condition by itself. Here is one of many examples:
I Juz love this card,copied a windrunner!
The card reads "plays a minion" Summoning with hero powers does not count as playing a minion cause to play a minion, you need to play a card.
Indeed, the card will never copy tokens at all, including from deathrattles.
