Cold Blood, Nitroboost Poison, Tinker's Sharpsword Oil... this could be a finisher for stealth rogue / weapons rogue. If not this in meta, maybe next or in Wild.

Stealth and 5 hp for only 3 mana is a hell of a deal.

Probably won’t see play as rogue just has too much tempo to have this effect be active. But that being said, it’s very interesting. 

I wonder if this moonwalks whilst singing Michael Jackson's 1987 classic?

2/5 stealth is kinda ok.  The effect is strange.
