Might have fringe usage in some concept decks. Like perhaps aggro priest? 4 mind blast and other damaging spells with Velen and auchenai might be slightly...... slightly viable. Not sure if its strong enough though....

I wouldn't think that that would count for this. I think that he meant you cant get it through generic discover like kabal courier, stealing it from burgle or playing it through yogg. Being able to get a copy of a card from your own deck doesn't seem like it would be blocked.
