i saw but this card can combo with faceless manipulator; namely paladins can take double quest rewards!
i think it must be 6-8 mana.
Battlecry: pray for they don't have Hex one goddam single time -__-
Did i mention my favorite spell is mass dispel XD, ya know at this point i am actually willin to craft Hemet, he was never bad and now there be a beast meta with everyone for em XD.
I totally forgot the spell non-target bulshit =O
If its spell immune then just devilve it lol shaman totally crushes this card
I'm going to bet wild deck will now run Hemmet Because of this expansion and probably will be the new Big Game Hunter for a while
Certainly not a bad card by itself (we don't know the quest yet). Even though I find it a bit...boring? Just a normal effect turned up to eleven...just like the other Paladin legendary who's essentially a buffed up Keeper of Uldaman.
This card is a bit broken. Adapting 5 times will most likely make this card really hard to remove unless you have direct removal, let alone you already having 5/5 for 5 mana stat line, plus it has beast synergy. This. card. is. insane.
Quest has to be good first.
Seems like the stealth windfury huge attack will be good, but also massive health can't be targetted by spells or hero powers. Soggoth is pretty good, just generally not worth the mana cost. So why not make him bigger and for 5 mana?
Sure, the stealth windfury OTK sounds pretty cool. But what about a 5/14 that can't be targeted by spells? And has poisonous? Combine with Hozen Healer and that's approximately... all the board control.
Even better:
Edit: Once the stealth breaks, that is.
The flavor text already got leaked, it says: ''Paladin has been the trash tier class for a while now so we're giving it the 4 mana 7/7 treatment''.
This is an awesome card, though it depends on what the quest is to get it. That said if you can get stealth, windfury and at least 1 +3 attack buff, that makes an OTK if you follow it up with double Blessing of Kings to do at least 32 damage. Another option is Blessed Champion which could be a turn ten double combo for 64 damage. With 5 adapts that isn't even that unlikely to have happen and you could likely build a deck around getting that set up.
Well I wasn't really assuming all the other parts of the 5 adapts, just mentioning what you need for the essential combo. I am sure there are faster ways to do it than I named, I am shit at this game.
omg and this with the grimy goons mechanic... You could easily get this guy to 8/8 before you play him. Imagine, +3 Attack, +3 Attack (or +1/+1), Windfury, Stealth, Divine Shield. = 24-28 damage to the face (assuming you clear any taunt). No Reno in standard either to bail your enemy out of t6, so chances are this is going to be every pally finisher.
A 5 mana 9/9 with Taunt and Divine Shield...oh the insane amounts of value from this thing. It might even see more play in Paladin decks than Tirion Fordring.
Can you actually make a 17/5 stealth for 5 mana?
or even better, a 14/5 windfury stealth I guess
