he was in the very first pack I opened and my opinion just bad, probably after blizzard saw yog they purposely overcosted and understtated this guy so he would never see tornament play, actually overdid it so much that he isn't even fun or even works in goofy decks.

the only deck he works (kind of) against is swarm aggro type decks (maybe freeze mage but theyseem rare) but if you take aggro to turn 9 you are toying with them and probably won without this card.

if he is the only minion on the board and the enemy player plays a spell that can only target a minion it will target him.

if he is on a board full of 2 3 4 attack minions and he is the only 5 attack and priest cast death again he just dies,

if he is the only damaged friendly minion the warriors execute will always hit him.

if he is the only minion on your side of the board when the enemy attacks 50/50 he just dies, infact it's gonna be very hard for this guy to stay alive since heals and friendly buffs also get redirected and his stat line is pathetic for his insane cost!

it's a shame because blizzard don't buff cards and this one had potential to actually be fun

Are you sure with the execute and shadow word thing? Cuz when spellbender takes the hit they die anyway

yep pretty sure he follows all targeting rules, he can't...

redirect execute to an undamaged minion

can't direct shadowbolt to face

can't redirect shadow word death unless there is another 5 drop on board

can't redirect poly unless there is another minion

can't redirect minion attacks or "target enemy" spells to friendly targets making him very difficult to play.

I am keeping him for now if the off chance blizzard see he sucks so bad they buff him, figure he might see some play in hand buff decks but thats by giving him stats he is missing in the first place

I just got in brawl this guy and nozdormu and that was so weird but amazing and funny. Now I want to play dragon-priest with Noggenfogger and Nozdormu. 

Hints: Try to right click your class avatar and say something to yr opponent, then see what's difference. :D ENJOY

I have probably just experienced the worst RNG ever in Hearthstone.

Taunt warrior plays this card. "Targets chosen randomly" 

I had two minions, he had four beefy ones. 

WE PLAYED ON FOR FOUR TURNS. As a reno mage, I stalled out with both reno and ice block, AND EVERY SINGLE ONE OF HIS TARGETS EITHER ATTACKED MY FACE OR MY LIKE 2 MINIONS ON BOARD OVER FOUR TURNS. NOT A SINGLE ONE OF MY SPELLS HIT THE ENEMY.

With the amount of minions on the board, hitting a the desired target is like was (1/8), hitting my side was like (3/8). EVERY SINGLE TIME. Over the course of four turns, that amounted to like (3/8)(2/8)(1/8)(1/8)(1/8)(1/8)(1/8)(2/8). HOW?

I just hope this guy allow me to do 99837048973412 damage to my opponent's face through Shield Slam

It can't. The target must be legal and shield slam can only target minions. The spell won't target face.

That would actually do anything because targeting him wouldn't make a difference since everything would hit a random target

This card would be an epic counter to Ragnoros. If you are running remove bait in your deck this is a really good card tbh. Makes all minions dangerously unpredictable. This card reminds me of Yogg. Just wait until we have an EPIC VIDEO of a shaman player trying to use his minions and abilities to kill Mayor and he ends up killing his own cards and going lethal on his own face.

Um, you can TRY to shadow word death it... but maybe you should re-read the card's text? Might not be as easy to kill as you appear to think.

Agreed 100%, was my most anticipated card and was let down.  Where are the damn elixirs!
