 I would agree with you were it not for the Murloc tribe. Ironforge Rifleman is bad, only better than the similar Stormpike Commando, but a 2/1, deal 1 damage Murloc is decent enough at 2 mana. And a 2/2 Deal 1 damage for 2 could be better than Disciple of C'Thun which I find is already slightly above curve

 When you're using Flame Juggler as an argument for your balance idea, then you have a poor balance idea

He is. Just not yet. He'll be leaving along with the rest of League of Explorers sometime next year.

Decent. More murloc cards the better. Would be better if it was 1 mana but still good in arena.

I think this is a pretty good card. Especially in arena.
