Blizzard's response when Grimy Goons turned out to be the worst tri-class: "AAACCIDENTS, THEY HAPPEN, Y'KNOW?"
ACCIDENTS, THEY HAPPEN Y'KNOW?
This card is kind of like a weaker Wild Growth. Giving minions in the hand +1/+1 is almost like having a 1 mana ramp into larger minions. Wild Growth is stronger because the ramp affects all cards in the deck, whereas Grimestreet Outfitter only applies to minions in the hand. Wild Growth also gives card draw in the late game, whereas Grimestreet Outfitter may have no minions to buff in the hand in the late game. But in the middle game, Grimestreet Outfitter can be slightly better than Wild Growth. It's definitely an interesting ramp-like mechanic for Paladins.
Wow, definitely impressed with the effectiveness of this card so far. Between this and Smuggler's Run, it's pretty easy to get at least 3-4 minions buffed.
So the point of this card is to reveal to your opponent which card in your hand is Consecration, right?
Attention all players considering playing this card.
As the livestream gameplay showed, if you play this card, all affected minions in your hand glow for your opponent to see. This card tells your opponent what cards in your hand are minions and what ones aren't. Be careful.
Angry Chicken
Another hand-buff card.
There's something wrong with the term, "hand-buff", but I guess there will be a lot of hand-buffing going on soon.
After cards like this, I hope the next expansion will contain cards that discard your opponents hand.
This will be good in aggro paladin archetypes for sure (although I'm unsure whether or not I am happy about that), a really good card and I like the design overall. Plus, inFITit value! Heh... heh... sorry.
Suddenly Mistcaller sucks a lot more
Minions in hand vs in deck, not sure about Mistcaller sucking more. Granted you can have up to 10 cards in your hand, but how fast can you get 10 cards in your hand and still have mana to play the outfitter if you are trying to maximize the number of minions to buff?
It is nice IMO for mid and long term pally types, but it needs a bit of time to see how well it goes.
This is blizzard basically saying they are ok with paladins garbage early game, whill simultaneously buffing their mid game
WHERE DA FKKK IS PEPE?
I would even try this in a non-aggro deck.
Pity this card isn't Shaman. The Mistcaller would have really loved the redundancy.
Kinda Cool, I like it.
(WHY NOT Steward of Darkshire synergy?)
it will make your 1 live minions in your hand 2 live minions and Steward of Darkshire synergy is gone
Awesome Arena card
Overall this is a very interesting deck, but I have a few changes for you to consider. How about dropping the Acolyte of Pain for a Nightbane Templar. I would also drop theYouthful Brewmaster and the solemn virgil for two copies of Divine Favor. Also, have you considered using a Scaled Nightmare instead of theBook Wyrm. This is all just food for thought though. Great job overall.
