I have tried to find a way to exploit this card with a Rogue Shadowcaster deck, but I keep coming back to the realization that this one card breaks the deck.  It's just too slow and underwhelming, and even in a 'dream draw' situation it's still not as good as conventional strategies.  I think this card was intended mainly as a nerf to RNG.

In a deck with Shadowstep and Shadowcaster this is quite powerful.

it would be so annoying pull it up from [card]Moonglade Portal [/card]

Especially if it will appear 3 times in a row :)
