can't read capital letters, it has to be in BOTH players decks, i want to take my time with my turns so i won't run it and the effect won't activate.
exactly... ofc.. i doubt they (turn ropers..) will run it.. so this card will have no effect but i believe alot of players will pick this.. :D and im interested :D i mean.. 15second turn from the start.. holy crap.. :D
