Slow as hell
Interesting card but seems too slow and hard to time it to get the most value out of this.
More ODD pally.
[angry fish noises]
I like how it's a very timing based card. Unfortunately it may be very slow. The Mage one at least came with a board clear when it awoke to help you get back tempo. This seems like something you'd play when ahead, but you're giving up tempo letting the opponent catch up on board by the time you'd be able to cash in.
I wonder if the spell burst will tricker after a turn 4 ceremonial maul's, so you can get DS on your summoned guy?
Really interesting design. Probably not THAAAAAT good, but an option for sure
Card could be really good but I fear against aggro decks it's too slow.
Turn 3 is kinda of crucial against aggro decks to get a decent body out to contest.
Other than that, seems pretty good. It's probably best in token type decks. Since tokens are often generated by spells and you get more value if you give more minions divine shield. This dude will give divine shield to himself aswell, which will give you a pretty solid board if you can immediately pop its effect on at least 1 or 2 extra minions.
This on turn 3 and Carnival Barker into Air Raid on turn 5 looks really damn juicy tho!
Kind of a cool way to combine two different set keywords. Obviously has value in board-heavy decks, even pure paladin.
They printed the demon dude 5/5 and now a better card with similar effect was revealed.
That's actually not something you can compare. Lothraxion the Redeemed buffs all newly spawned Silver Hand Recruots and thus, any mass summons of them will gain Divine Shield. THAT IS VERY different compared to a 2 turn delay with a spell requirement to give all friendly minions "Including itself" Divine Shield. Now that I say that, this card is good on its own, Discover effect is where its at, but for auto include we still need to see the other 3 cards.
It's a completely different effect tho. The legendary is for the rest of the game, doesn't require spellburst AND only works on silver hand recruits.
