I just can't help but look at the artwork for the Sharp Fork and be amazed at how horrible it looks. Honestly, i love the design/art for Deadly Fork. It almost makes me want to play it just so i can see the artwork, especially golden! I mean i'll never play the card because it's garbage but maybe in desperation from Journey Below; when my only two cards in hand are backstab and Journey Below against an opponent at 3 health. I discover DF and then backstab it to put the fork in my hand >.> .... Sigh and then i win... Annnnyways, seriously, that artwork for Sharp Fork is abysmal. The thing doesn't even look like it was drawn correctly. *Conspiracy theory time* - The artist tried to erase/smudge the art before they could print it, because he knew how horrible it was, but they got to him in time and printed the smudged art fork anyways.
Idea for a new Rogue Weapon- Drawn from a 4 mana 2/1 minion deathrattle and the weapon is a 4 mana 1/2 cooking tongs.
At least it's a lot less dangerous than the Deadly Spork.
Weapon Token:
Is the token called "Dead Fork"?
nope it's called 'Sharp Fork' a calssic weapon without any abilitys, cost (3) Mana.
a knife would be more fitting but whatever...
That's right I think it would be terrible to see it, but the Silverware Golem is sure creative :)
B*tchslap with a Spoon xD
Ok, that card really makes me think better and is basically a Arcanite Reaper on turn 4 with Deadly Poison, right? You drop Deadly Fork on 3 your opponent will kill it because of the poor body but it is still a presence on board, equip the weapon on 4 with Deadly Poison .
Imma call it: zoo is gonna rule the meta
Nah druid man. Arcane giant buff, portal and its beast druid
I suppose it is better to get this from Faceless Summoner than Tuskarr Totemic. But asides from that, I don't see any Rogue wanting this. Couldn't it just equip the weapon when it dies? Warrior and Hunter already have 3 mana 3/2 weapons that can become even better than that...
With Blackwater Pirate the weapon cost 1...
I'm just saying it cost 1... idk if its good or not.
This card blows my mind, because it looks like it was made in vanilla time. I mean, its not THAT terrible on its own and if you buff either part of the card it would make it very good (3 mana 3/2 weapons are playable to some extent and you draw it for free, so its a reasonable value). But current rogue just can't afford to play control for value, because rogue has no heals and board clears, and this card wouldn't fit in ANY deck, save for maybe priest, because of how insane current decks are: warrior wouldn't play it, because fiery waraxe is better, shaman wouldn't play it, because 3 mana 3/2 summon totem is better, paladin wouldn't play it, because truesilver is way better and 3/2 weapons for 3 mana are just more reliable. This really shows how many insanely powerful tempo cards there is, when you instantly can dismiss fair value card as unplayable.
someone knows the mana cost of the weapon ?
3 mana. :(
So...they gave Warrior a minigun and rogue a fork...this remember me the Arena...of the roman circus...with Caligula.
Fork Blizzard :\
Do we have the art for the weapon somewhere?
Blizzard nerfed Blade Flurry so they could give Rogue better weapons but then they gave Valeera a fork.
