I agree that brawl is generally better, but the rest of what you said makes no sense.
Hmmmm. So you get the same amount of damage as 2 Fireballs, for 1 extra mana and some health. To truely asses how good this card is, we have to see it in action.
I guess it is the most comparable to Brawl.... which one is better?
people get to excited for every card this weapon is too slow against agro and useless against control....
State your reasoning and I'll consider not thinking you're a skrub that just regurgitates what every HS player on youtube says.
who watch hs youtube?... thats my opinion considering 80% of the ladder is palying agro
... so you complain about a card that allows you to immediately trade health to kill damn near every minion in aggro decks and in turn cause yourself to take less damage overall since you aren't getting smashed in the face every turn by all the shit you just killed. Smart. Real smart bro.
I don't think this card is all that good. There are classes in which it would be wildly strong, like Priest, for example. Tempo Warriors don't need a board clear weapon. If you put this in Dragon or Pirate Warrior, you're actually thinning down the power of the deck--if such a deck desperately needs a clear, you should just run a Brawl, but if you're in that circumstance, you've probably already lost. In Control Warrior, you already have Gorehowl, which serves this sort of unlimited clear purpose in a slower manner. So, you have to ask yourself, when and why do you need to clear 2-3 3-health minions on a single turn? As I say it, yeah, there are times when a warrior starts to get rolled by tempo decks, like Zoo or Deathrattle Hunter, but generally, you just wait one more turn until there are 4 minions, and then Brawl. So, I guess we have to ask ourselves if this card is really a reasonable complement to Brawl. I imagine Control Warriors will experiment with a 1 of for a time. But it certainly isn't going to make Warriors OP the way people have been complaining. They will still lose to Priest and often to Control Shaman. They will still struggle against face decks at times. They may just get that little bit much better against tempo.
Don't know what to think about this card, as someone who plays control Warrior as their main choice, I'm curious to see.
This card isn't very good for one particular reason "Can't attack heros". If that text wasn't on this card it would be dangerously broken 5 mana deal 12 damage to the opponents face. But with that text it's an average quality card which isn't good enough. I would rather play arcanite reaper than this and here's why. If 3 damage is enough to kill the majority of your opponents minions on turn 5 you are probably playing some zoo like deck and by turn 5 you probably need some health this killing all of those low cost minions with your face on turn 5 will not do much to help you in the game. If you are playing a control opponent you would have to hit their larger minions twice before killing them so you would take probably at least 8 damage or more to kill one minion which isn't ideal either.
have you ever considered that you end up with more health in the end if you can just kill your opponent's minions instead of letting them attack you?
It's a good card that is not relying on RNG- this makes me happy.
BabyRage aggro/zoo is too strong BabyRage...
BabyRage this card is too good against aggro/zoo BabyRage
Seems good against Zoo.
Because the strongest class really needs the best cards... "sigh".
I like it. A warrior-version of Assassin's Blade. Which doesn't see play in rogue, but probably would be used in warrior. Meanwhile, it's a cool rather than super-powerful card (4-mana 7/7 it aint). Given the strength of the warrior class in Standard, it's good for warrior to get a card like this.
Mummy Zombie nerf
Good counter to zoo might also be included in reno warrior to act as a 2nd brawl
The most extreme and absolute form of heath-for-value/tempo exchange...
This is a common so arena warriors are getting better and better...which is awesome. This could be a one-of in control or tempo warrior decks, but doesn't seem like auto include 2-of level.
kill those damned patrons garrosh!
