How this card work exactly? If I have a Murloc, a Dragon and a Beast, will all of them get +1/+1 or just one of them?
And If I have, lets say, a Murloc, 2 Beasts and a Dragon, will the Murloc, the Dragon and only one of the Beasts gain the buff? Or does only one of them get the buff?
As I and most people understand, 1 of each type gets a buff, so if you have 1 murloc, 2 dragons and 3 beasts, the murloc, a random dragon and a random beast get buffed.
They made this card random because we don't have multiple choice technique in hearthstone.
While I agree that all this RNG shit is really terrible sometimes, most of the times it can be controlled on which beast, murloc and/or dragon you want this effect to land via trading.
Oh great, another tempo card. I Guess we can't have game last 10 turns at all, can we?
Hey, at least cards like Flamestrike get us to turn eight...
i want this card golden please
for my murloc lock collection
Great in arena I think. is a mech and buffs other tribes.
What aggro zoos are running beasts, dragons, and murlocs? o.O
What deck that is not Zoo runs minion buff cards? I don't think this card will find a home, but Zoo is definitely where is belongs. It is literally in the name of the card.
Well said. High five ✋
The flavour text will be,"The Murloc is taking the picture." There you go, Murlocs!
i noticed that too :D
Almost power-creep on Shattered Sun Cleric.
While SSC can hit any minion, of course, it does have the stats of a 2-drop, while Zoobot has the stats of many other 3 drops. It's restricted in what it can give the buff to - but if it gives anything the buff, you're basically getting 4/4 of stats for 3, with 1/1 of that potentially having pseudo-charge.
It's very unlikely that you'd ever get 2 or 3 buffs off of it - I couldn't see multi-tribal working in any competitive format - but honestly, it's not outside the realm of possibility in a tribal deck. I mean hell, turn 2 Faerie Dragon, turn 3 Zoobot gives you a 4/3 with faerie shroud that can attack straight away. Beast druid/hunter and dragon-whatever might be able to squeeze a copy or 2 in somewhere.
That makes sense. Read more then the first sentence before you down vote comments. lol.
Is this good enought to be run in Hunter only for the beasts?
I imagine a turn 2 Kindly Grandmother, turn 3 Zoobot will almost always hit either the Kindly Grandmother or the Big Bad Wolf
Unlikely, due to the amount of 3 drops already in hunter, Animal Companion, Kill Command, Unleash the Hounds, Eaglehorn Bow, and less often Carrion Grub, Desert Camel, Deadly Shot,Infest, and Powershot. All of those cards are better and work better with your other beast reliant cards.
Well, I think this card is pretty damn good, and could find a place in some tweaked Zoolock, Hunter or Token Druid lists.
Beast: Dire Wolf Alpha, Huge Toad, Enchanted Raven, Fiery Bat
Murloc: Bilefin Tidehunter, Bluegill Warrior, Sir Finley Mrrgglton, Murloc Tidehunter
Dragon: Faerie Dragon
Even just hitting one of these it's a better Shattered Sun Cleric. This could easily make the cut, I think.
Also, bonus points for some hella cute art.
Shattered Sun Cleric used to be a good card. I don't think Shattered Sun Cleric is even close to making the cut in the current meta. I don't think a 3 mana 4/4 would be run. There have been essentially two of those. Ogre Brute, and Nerubian Prophet (If you have it in your opening hand). You have to hit two for it to be good then. Which means you have to build a deck that consistently has at least two of these dragon/beast/murloc on the board at the same time. There are stealth and death rattle beasts so that part isn't horribly difficult. It would have to have ALOT of these clan minions to hit consistently. Try to build a deck and see often you can have two of these minion types on the board at the same time and have a deck that doesn't completely suck. I feel like the "deck that doesn't completely suck" with this requirement is going to really hard hurdle to overcome.
the art is hella cute though, you are very right about that.
That nerf happened when Chillwind Yeti was at the top of the meta though. My feeling is this on one minion is good but not quite good enough. On one minion I think this is slightly worse then Mire Keeper. Both are +1 stats over mana cost but with this the other body has to exist already. Mire looked really strong but turned out to be good but underwhelming in most decks. On two minions this is definitely worth putting in your deck, that would make it a better Defender the Argus.
The BIG problem is how many dragons, beasts, and murlocs do have to put in your deck to hit that consistently? My guess would be quite a bit. How bad would that deck be? My guess would be quite a bit. Shattered, and Defender have the versatility to be put in a solid deck built around sticky minions i.e. Zoo, and that is really what makes them good. There are sticky beasts, and zoo style murlocs but both have been made somewhat underwhelming decks separately. Combining them into some frankenstein beast/murloc Druid or Hunter is worth a try but I don't know. Less promising, but Paladin Murloc Zoo is an option the Murloc hero power helps a lot but there are no good early beasts to throw in here other Dire Wolf Alpha, and the only zoo type Dragon is Faerie Dragon. Priest has strong early game Dragons, and I suppose Herold Volasjz has murloc synergy...there is at least a surprise a factor working for you on that one lol.
