From the cards revealed today i think this is the one that appeals the most to me. He has fair stats for the cost, but got that 1 in something (depending on your deck) chance to give you a completely huge advantage. Pull a copy of Ysera [/card]or [card]Y'Shaarj, Rage Unbound and you will get a HUGE tempo boost, the kind of advantage that wins games (just like a druid inervating a 3-drop on turn 1).

Also, this is a very fun card that makes you think a lot when designing a deck, just like Reno Jackson. How much are you willing to invest and sacrifice deck quality for this one card? Its a good question.

One fun deck that i will be trying for sure is a Shaman deck with Malygos [/card]and [card]Barnes as your only minions. Just think about that for a second.

Too RNG, but has potential in N'zoth the Corruptor decks. Honestly, this about sums it up. The RNG to grab a minion that has an ongoing effect or deathrattle would be based around the deck you build. By adding minions to increase the chance of summoning those minions means that you negate the cards with battlecry effects (since you would in essence just be summoning a 1/1 minion). 

I can already taste the salt when someone drops this in a N'Zoth deck and gets a 1-1 Sylvanas Windrunner or Tirion Fordring. Many tables will be flipped. :3

So, since this card says summon instead of deathrattle (mistakened it before), i'm not sure if this card is good enough. Yes, it's around a 4/5, but really: i would prefer a 4/5 to a 3/4 and a 1/1 over this one, at least as priest. You could get an insane effect like Ragnaros the Firelord and Sylvanas Windrunner (and if an enemy play it against me, it will definitively be a good one), but there are also a lot of cards that are strong, but only because of the vanilla stats. Summon a Corrupted Healbot as a 1/1 is definitively not what you want.

But... as much as i hate this as priest, i also can see some synergy between it and Herald Volazj. Still, i don't think it's good enough.

Probably he will work in deathrattle decks.

My question is: what's the mana cost of the random minion. If the mana cost is the original one, then it's bad. If the mana cost is 0, then it might be quite good.

Edit: i see, it's summon; i mistaked the effect on this one with the rogue one...

I'm pretty sure it's 1, because the mechanic is simillar to Herald Volaj

That's like saying that Onyxia is a nine mana summon a 14/14

play barnes turn 4 and get a card with a really powerful effect like... Kel'thuzad and then coin out herald volaj turn 5 and have double the effect? maybe faceless priest will be viable?

You think a 1/1 Kel'Thuzad is strong enough?
