So, what exactly is Zai? I see scales and a fin, so I'm thinking some kind of naga... with legs?

As far as I can tell she is based on Zai, the Outcast from WoW, a jinyu. They’re some kind of fish-people other than Naga who were introduced in Mists of Pandaria.

Probably quite easy to make this card go infinite - just copy anything that can either put a copy of this card back into your hand or that can return it, might be some sorta very jank deck that does this

So how I am evaluating this card is as follows: Spectral Sight gives you 2 cards for 2 mana, leaving this with a 5/3 body for 3 mana. However, you can decide what cards you get so not too shabby I'd say. Question is if you play this in a more aggressive deck because of the statline for fuel or in a more defensive deck for value.
