Card Clarifications
- Yogg's Battlecry effects all potential targets, including your own hero. (Source)
- Yogg is able to hit himself with the spells cast. If he dies during the Battlecry, it will still continue. (Source)
- This is no longer the case. If Yogg kills himself, the spells stop.

You know that you are allowed to play Wild without any consequences right?
You can thank vocal minority on reddit that are still butthurt to losing to it in past also they downvoted the hell out of threads that were starting the discussion about reversing the nerf. If people would unite like in DT rexxar, Tess case Blizz would actually consider it.
This card is super fun! Running Dane's Yogg-Shudderwock deck, Yogg managed to Treachery himself to my opponent, which worried me. Then Yogg wowed me by casting Cataclysm, clearing the board and emptying my opponent's hand.
I love you, Yogg.
You were so much fun old friend
I will never understand why they neither just transferred yogg to wild, nor reversed the nerf when it rotated out of standard.
I miss you my dear friend.
1 more hour and you go out of standard onto Wild and will be of the past forever, I love you my dear you da bestest. <3 ( I bet you single handedly brought Blizzard the most money they ever earned and they still killed u off)
one of my friends will miss this card badly. It was a key part of his "my Lord and Savior RNGesus" deck, alongside Tome of Wonders. As for them "killing it off", I personally feel like this card is balanced enough it should be inducted into the core set, perhaps as the start of a new set alongside "classic". It would make a good "replacement" for (one of) the legendaries that have been inducted into "Hall of Fame" over the past 2 cycles
Edit: apparently hearthpwn still thinks it's "patches Nerf". In case that doesn't automatically "correct itself", note that this was posted the day after WW's release date
they better revert yogg when witchwood comes or i be mad...
It's time to be mad
Yogg is rotating out of Standard, so BETTER YOU UNERF THIS DUDE BLIZZARD!
For fuck's sake, this used to be the most fun card ever to play in the game, but you just killed it for no reason.
I miss Yogg so much, please. It is supposed to be powerful as C'Thun or N'Zoth but it always kills/transforms himself with the second or third casted spell.
Please Blizzard, there is complete unfair jade, pirate and cubelock shit spreading the misery and destruction all over the game! I think that Yogg would have sort of heroic comeback.
#JusticeForYogg
I don't think it would even see much play in Wild. So make it nuts again!
the best card in the game
I'll sacrifice myself to Yogg to un-nerf this card. This card is so fun, I can't remember the last time I lose the game and still laughing. Thanks for everything Yogg, you and your Old Gods friend will be missed SO MUCH
My opponents Yogg just cast firelands portal -> Tundra Rhino then COTW.
Member when this crap was in every druid/mage tournament deck during shamanstone 2016? I member. That feeling when you opponent wins a lot of money just because this card exists.
personally, I think the only problem with the card was when it could keep casting spells when it wasn't Yogg-Saron anymore. Sure, the spells it casts can be game changing, but since targets are random, this can go either way, and each spell cast requires another spell to have been cast before. Frankly, I think you're either in "Da Nile" (denial) or maybe a bit East into Israel's iconic sea (salty, as in the Dead Sea)...
How this card worked with Unstable Evolution ?
It adds the unstable evolution to your hand after the spell is cast by yogg.
I say about UE stacked in match for Yogg?
