I love how fitting the artwork is because most Murloc cards have 2 or less attack (only 3 out of 14 have more than 2 Attack at minimum though Old Murk-Eye rarely has just 2 Attack). It's possible more Murloc cards will be added though. Who remembers that 6 mana 2/3 Murloc in the Old Gods trailer?

Holy Nova is great, but the heal doesn't matter when you're behind on board trying to stabilise versus aggro, and 2 damage for 5 mana is often not enough, or too late. This card is here to do exactly what Holy Nova can't. It won't kill 3/2s, and it won't deal the final strike against a weakened board, but it'll deal with 2/3s and 2/4s, and it's just that one less mana necessary to not be cast too late against an explosive early game.
It's far from OP, it won't replace Holy Nova for sure, and it's easy to play around it, as you just need to play minions on curve to quickly have their health and attack way above 2. But with that, Priest will be able to tech efficiently against aggro, if the need arises. People dropping their whole hand of small minions without thinking a second of what could go wrong will be punished by this.

Why do you want a card at 4 mana that destroys everything with 2 attack or less when you have Holy nova that does the same on turn 5 with heal AND also damages minions above 2 attack too. Also: this card is more useful in wild than normal, since tokens nearly disappear in standard.
I dig it, an AoE card made specifically to deal with fast-paced decks early on, for only 4 mana!
Holy Nova seems to be a whole lot more reliable. I guess we'll have to see whether we get any Shrinkmeister-esque cards this set to complement it.
It seems ok, though it will destroy your own minions, and will not be able to deal with all the 3/2 minions.
Is blizzard just making aoe's for priest what weapons are for warriors because i could probably make a priest deck with just removal...and then die 30 minutes later. It makes me want to play face hunter. Thanks blizzard. -__-
Yes, you would likely lose with too much removal in your deck. So what's the problem in having a new AoE? You don't have to run it. It's just a new option for people wanting to tech efficiently against a really precise type of deck.
Shaman destroyer... Priest is now AoE class...
Such a bad stunt pulled by Blizzard. Get everyone excited for a Murloc spell the entire week, then it turns out to be a Priest card that has nothing to do with Murlocs.
Seems good, I hope it will see some play. Although, priest has many spells, but his can make the cut against an aggro meta.
