The cards looks fun to play with. It makes a cool combo with unleash, but you need at least 3 hounds to not be worst than a ball of spiders.
Reno Hunter: This shit ^, Sandworm, Kodorider, Ball of Spiders, Thundra Rhino, Bow, Longbow, Freeze, Explosive, Unleash, Ram Wrangler, Bestial Wrath, maybe 2 x HoundMaster, Rag, Reno.
Seems not that bad. Sandworm is actualy 100Xtimes better than that legendary Boogeyshit we saw before.
I can already see what will happen!
My opponent: Mukla, King Krush, Tomb Spider, Pit Snake
Me: Parrot, Boar, Young Dragonhawk
Pretty sure beast hunters going to be a thing after WOToG in wild for sure, and most likely in standard if more good beasts are added.
Someone used this card in Brazil!
If it drew cards from your hand, then it would only have to land on 2 minions to have the same value as mage's Arcane Intellect. Since they are random beasts, I imagine 3 cards is the value number. That shouldn't be to difficult to pull off.
So, let me get this straight. They nerf Starving Buzzard because it was crazy card draw for hunter in conjunction with Unleash the hounds and 3 years later they create a new card that gives crazy card draw for a hunter in conjunction with Unleash the hounds.
Random card draw is much worse. In your deck you can have spells that kill stuff or ragnaros or other crazy shit. This just can give you Silverback Patriarch + couple River Crocks right the turn before opponent gonna flamestrike. In arena this will be ridiculous though.
The potential for endless card draw is simply unhealthy for the game, hence the nerfs to Starving Buzzard and Gadgetzan Auctioneer
It could actually be better than Buzzard, since it works with all creatures not just beasts, and you don't even need the combo if you simply have board position this card is good on it's own.
This card is realy good man. With Eggs and Creepers out hearthstone will be like the whole new game where maybe even Yetis might be pretty good (back to oldschool "fair" trades. I see how Blizzard trying to make deathrattles balanced in WotOG.
This might see play in Reno hunter with ball of spiders. I thought Reno huntar is the worst shit evah until i tried it. It maybe still not good enough in current meta but since in Standard the only cancer left is Secret pall, the hunter as class got the best counter with Flare. So actualy control hunter might be Realy good.
Also hunters have the best weapons (eaglehorn + Longbow) and traps for control (explosive ridiculous vs aggro, Freeze on big minion win games)
So ... As soon as they release good deathrattle cards they remove the adventure and expansion that had the synergy
This might be a good thing; Seems intentional, because the power level of the deathrattle cards were already ridiculous(the ones leaving)
More talking about cards such as baron rivendare and feign death
I like how this card grows in value or loses depending on what beasts there are in the current, total, pool.
A midrange to control card, but also has a spot(if it can be found) in a aggro hybrid deck.
Great Unleash the Hounds synergy(Feign Death in Wild) and/or if you have 2+ minions on the board(return value would be an average 2,5 per minion so 1 would be 2,5 and two would be 5, which is very nice).
It's almost to the extent were it would be comparable to Deathrattle: Draw a Card. Only downside there is that it's not drawn from your deck, though the upside is precisely that as well. It does not draw from your deck, expanding your deck size. A display of a well rounded and balanced card.
