Pit Lord just became a little more viable!
what happens if you get it as different class (ie. Mage) from Spellslinger?
Does it replace the hero power or does it do nothing?
Has any Blizzard official said any word about it?
should replace3 the hero power, but the thing is that they say "Warlock cards", making it probably a worse finley for +1 mana if you are not a warlock, at least is what i get from the text.
Hero Power is replaced, just had it.
Don't you think it's 1 April card? Just a funny joke, for players to believe/ :)
-I greet you
Ben brode : HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
- you win ....this time
I will totally try it out! I love random cards like this XD Reminds me of the Golden Monkey except instead of swapping your hand and deck with legends, you swap your class cards with different class cards at a discounted price :D
Probably the most fun looking card
Build a deck with a bunch of low-cost warlock cards.
Phase 1: Early game with all your low-cost warlock cards
Phase 2: Pop this card and play random cards from another class, hopefully better for mid-to-late game
Phase 3: Pop Golden monkey (won't be replaced by this card) and play out the rest of the game with legendaries
Phase 4: Profit
Card says that it changes all WARLOCK card, not Warlock and neutral. I don't know what Trump meant saying that you can save up to 27 mana with this card. Of course you can, but you must have deck built with all class cards which is simply impossible to play with.
coin this out turn one and then enjoy a free coin every time you play a card for the rest of the game? I will renounce darkness and embrace RNG!!
Renounce Darkness -> get priest -> Shadowform
You thought you could abandon your past THAT easily?
You really are a fool, Guldan. Embrace the shadows.
Tis card made me lol.
This is the craziest card they ever made. In the middle of a game basically you are changing your class. Even Lord Jaraxxus can only change your hero power. I liked it and definitely play for some fun. Maybe i get four 7 mana Tirion Fordring or 0 mana Totemic Might :D But I have some questions:
1. Will cards belong to a specific class or mixed? This so important. For example if it gives me three 0 mana Deadly Poison and not rogue hero power this is ridiculous.
2. If specific will we choose it or random?
3. Which cards will be replaced? In hand or ALL cards include cards in deck?
1. Specific (95% sure, since it replaces both the hero power and the class cards to another one)
2. Random
3. All the cards in the hand/deck
Card says WARLOCK cards, not neutral and Warlock
It seems like this card would be the platform for a specific aggro or midrange deck, with the goal being to play it once you've established board control and you're confident you'll just snowball the rest of the game without needing the Warlock hero power anymore... I'm not sure what that deck would look like yet, bit it might be similar -- in execution, at least -- to a Paladin's Anyfin Can Happen deck.
Maybe it gives you one of those pre-built decks. The ones that are shown to you as templates whenever you make a new deck.
It only replaces warlock cards so their is no way it can change the entire deck unless you make the hole thing all class cards... but then your deck will be all class cards...
So basically it would be impossible for that to be how it worked.
I am 99% sure it just randomizes your class hero power to a new one and swaps out your class cards with those that match your new hero power. It might even be possible for you to get 4 of the same class legendary if you are lucky.
