i really like this cards art
same
Does this mean that i get 10 armor if C'thun isn't summoned yet but he is a 10/10 ( the buff cards played before this ) ? Or c'thun must be on board for this to work ?
Like 99% think it means anywhere. Like the other buff cards, I could be wrong.
No, that's why c'thun buff cards always explicitly specify that it doesn't matter where it actually is: It still gets the buff. C'thun's Servant for example with the phrase "wherever it is".
This is how I see the C'ThunWarror deck looking (unless they release better C'Thun buff cards)
we dont want to change our C'Thun into another card
if you haven't drawn c'thun you could just wait to play the golden monkey
We would only ever want to play Golden Monkey after we draw and play C'Thun because to change him into another random legendary counterfeits our whole deck strategy.
Since we are waiting to play the Golden Monkey until after we have played our one build-around card and we have dealt the damage with the Battlecry and also have a big fatty minion on board then it is pretty much just a "win more" card in that circumstance
The more I see of the Tuna cards, the more I want to see the counter proposals Blizz made. There is no way they'd put so much self buffing stuff without throwing in a few counter measures.
PS. Yes, I will call it Tuna.
I can't wait to see what they will have for priest. Priest seems like it could be the best class for a C'Thun deck.
That 40K Black Legion Armor tho...
Still not as 40k as the Paladin T2 tho
more control for Warrior. Now I'm eagerly waiting for the C'thun counter cards.
C'thun fhtagn
Oh god, the mana cost. Nothing wrong with it but it can be played at the same turn as Brann Bronzebeard, which means "a heal" of 20 health in a sense. I can definetly see Warrior being able to pull a C'Thun deck of with out any major difficulty.
Also, if enough variasion in C'Thun netural buff cards get released, one could throw Reno Jackson into the mix as well. Goodbye 2 minute games, hello eternity.
If it means goodbye facehunters, I'm in.
How does it work when C'Thun is dead?
They said even dead C'thun gets the buff so as long he has 10 attack, you get 10 armor.
