great combo with Wild Pyromancer
This card will be insane in the wild format with Quartermaster, but it will suffer greatly in the standard format unless there is an unknown card in this expansion that can buff the five recruits for 5 or less mana.

This Card is OP in wild , this is one of the reasons I want Muster for Battle a part of the classic set, because if not then, Blizzard would keep printing Silver Hand Recruitcards , and Paladin is too strong in Wild with all these token cards since they have Quartermaster and Murloc Knight and all sorts of buffs. I believe at one point, Paladin would have so many tokens in wild ,that your viable board clear cards would not suffice.
I'm on record saying that this card is gonna be a Midrange Paladin mainstay in both Wild and Standard for quite a while, it's a strong option on turn 5 and it can help you recover from boardwipes. While by no means flashy or game breaking, it's an incredibly efficient card.
In Wild you have the problem of being cluttered with 5 drops yet even more. In Standard this really depends on token synergy or such. otherwise 5 1/1s are really bad especially when destroyed by 1 damage aoe. But other than Azure Drake, there isn't really an alternative for Paladin right now.
Muster was good not only because it has weapon, but it was the best early game answer to aggro decks as well as early aggressive tool.
This card cannot be look the same way as Muster because it does not design to have the same purpose when played.
It's SAD because it's a 5/5 stat spread across the board, it's balance, and class cards are suppose to be a little better than neutral cards (even 5cost vanilla is 5/6, better stat). It's too balance, it's fishy (murloc paladin? again? seriously?)
I'm looking forward to combo tools on turn 6 with this, since Paladin only has Avenging Wrath and Enter the Coliseum to play as class cards right now.

Swipe, Whirlwind, Flame+Missiles, Conce, Pyromancer, Explosive Trap, Unleach, Fan of Knives, all of these are already commonly used are cheaper and wreck this card.

Cool, a balanced Muster for Battle . Hopefully they continue this trend to release cards at a reasonable power level.
