Probably one of the most versatile Legendaries. Obviously it suits some decks more than others but it will almost always be useful in any deck

I love it when you use your Alexstrasza to heal after the Ice Block pop, then in the next turn the rogue Sap it, and later you use it for the damage.

If you can't remove it another way you are looking at taking 9 to face as a rogue against a mage with burn. Sapping Alex leaves you with 8 mana to make a tempo push while the mage is at 15 with no block.
