Nozdormu the Timeless is one of the five Great Aspects empowered by the titans (the others being Alexstrasza, Deathwing,Malygos, and Ysera) to watch over Azeroth. He fought against the demons during the War of the Ancients. Following this intervention, he retreated into seclusion, immersing himself in his duties. He emerges only infrequently, when events require his direct presence. He intervened in the defeat of Deathwing at the hands of Krasus and his allies, one of the few times he has been seen in the skies of Azeroth.

Posted Aug 22, 2020 (Scholomance Academy)Still Wish they'd change his effect, he'll always be a problem with how long animations are in this game. Changing his effect to "battlecry: reset a minion" granting a full heal, reversing silence, but also removing any buffs setting them to the cards base stats. Could be a nice versatile tool that can be used to restore your minions or negate some annoying buffs on an opponents minion. Would certainly better than his current questionable effect.

Posted Aug 21, 2020 (Scholomance Academy)I hate cards that screw you over exactly as much as your opponent. Nozdormu is supposed to be a badass time controlling dragon or something like that. Why would you play a 9 mana 8/8 that does basically nothing when you can have a 9 mana 8/8 that fills your board or an 8 mana 8/8 that summons something when he dies? In my opinion, legendaries should never be straight worse than common cards.

Building a board and cheating out a cheap Noz can often ruin an opponent's gameplan or just straight up lead to lethal from failure to control the board state. I often see misplays and wasted resources when I drop him that lead to me winning the game. He also has a place in a lot of meme decks.

I don't know. But it must be funny surprising people by playing him. It may cause them to misplay as well. Not very useful but not that bad either.
