arguably the deathrattle part makes it better since you can use cards that benefit from deathrattle. 

I don't see how this is a bad card at all for the cost.. People need to stop forgetting that Bronzebeard exist now and he doubles all Battlecries.

turn 5 could easily go like BRonzebeard 3 + Curator 2 = your choice of any 2 deathrattle minions.. How is that not good? What if you aren't playing from behind and can wait a bit, imagine... Turn 7 =  Bronzebeard 3 + curator 2 + curator 2 = any 4 deathrattle minions of your choice.

Each time you will have a choice of 1/3 minions.. You have extremely high odds in landing high value here. 

I would think this works good in priest b/c it could set up well for someone going late game to get multiple extra cards.  Priest also has that better version of recycle now as well.  Building up a priest based around tons of removal could be insane with that card and this could help give you more minions to in case your super spell heavy. 

lol it's a sprint into a death rattle deck only with tracking options instead on each draw instead and you get a 2/4 1/2 1/2 body as a bonus.

Depends. Novice engineer draws you a card. Museum Curator lets you CHOOSE, so it's better (unless you get 3 shitty cards or you play NE to cycle your deck).

novice engineer draws from your deck. You already choose 30 cards in your deck out of ~500+ cards. And this card let you choose only from 3.

thoughtsteal is not bad card either and you can read the list Bibikis listed below. its hard to find 3 really bad cards

There's a bit of a difference from choosing one random card from your deck.  Instead, you get your choice from 3 random deathrattle cards (Both the choice of cards is interesting, and some deathrattle cards are particularly good).  So if you don't have a turn 3 card, maybe you can pick one up, for example.  Or you can pick a card most likely to be useful against your current opponent.  I don't actually think it's viable in ranked, but it's an interesting mechanic.

DIscover only gives you "legal" cards, meaning cards you could have put in your deck anyways.

The text is similar to that of Unstable Portal and Webspinner which both let you get class-minions from other classes so I assume that the same applies here in that you can indeed get Tirion Fordring,Webspinner, etc.

You can only discover class and neutral cards, but if priest had such a weapon (or any weapon) then yes.
