im going to assume it's random summoning 7 Old Murk-Eye would be pretty broken

This could could be a great finisher, but you likely have to go full murloc, and not just the knight.

I hope this does not work like Resurrect. If you play Resurrect multiple times you can get the same minion that died back multiple times. You better not be able to repeatedly revive one murloc with this card, or you could just play 1x Old Murk-Eye then play this on turn 10 to get seven 8/4 Chargers.

I don't think it works like that, I would like to think that if you only had one murloc die this game and you play that card....chances are you will only get that one Murloc. 

OH GOD PLEASE NO I didnt even think of that. Regardless though, it's like a 10 mana 10 4 charge with a board in a murloc deck. Pretty broken, but the meta's probably too fast to pull it off.
