I see some potential for this in Mage & Priest - mostly for archetypes that run a minimalist spell package like Ignite, LPG, or Aggro Shadow Priest & Singleton Shadow..

Quite the sidekick with Commander Sivara & tutors well into Conch's Call & Crushclaw Enforcer.

First thing that I can think of is Wondrous Wand. There is also probably some type of combo with Shudderblock, Cabaret Headliner and this card.

Will spell copied by Ring of Tides considered as a copied spell or as a Ring of Tides itself? (When I think about it, Zul'jin plays it like a regular spell, so, probably, this card follows the same logic).
